In which currency can I make a deposit?
You can deposit in one of the following currencies: EUR, USD.
We also offer the option to deposit via cryptocurrency (Bitcoin, Ripple, Stellar Lumens, Ethereum and Tether) through our third party provider, Finrax payment systems.
Can I register without depositing funds?
Yes, you can. A deposit is made as soon as you wish to start trading.
Is there any minimum deposit amount?
Yes, and to be more specific the minimum deposit is 250 (EUR, USD).
Ιs my banking transaction secured?
Yes, of course. For this reason, we choose to use a Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology with 128-bit encryption along with firewalls to ensure the highest possible protection for your transfers.
What payment methods do you have?
We have a variety of methods, via some electronic payment systems, including Credit/Debit Card Deposit (Visa/Mastercard) and wire transfers. Any payments you request will not be made until all documents are received and the account is fully verified.
How can I deposit money into my account?
Once you’ve logged into your account and completed the registration and verification process correctly, click on the ‘Deposit’ button and place the amount you wish to deposit.
What specifications does my computer need in order to trade with Inceptial?
A computer is considered functional if it has the following features: Explorer 8.0, Google Chrome 4.0 or Firefox 3.6. Also, the installation of a Flash Player might be necessary.
Can another person trade for me, using my account?
Only the client who makes the registration can trade.
Are my profits taxable?
That depends on the regulation of your region or country of residence.
Who are you regulated by?
Inceptial is operated by Growth Capital, a Republic of Belarus investment firm, authorised and regulated by the National Bank of the Republic of Belarus with certificate number 19.
Can I use a nickname to register?
To confirm the true identity as the account holder, you will need to provide your full name, as stated in your official documents.
What should I do if my details change?
Just update them in your account or contact our support team for further assistance.
How can I check my account balance?
Your account balance is visible at the top of the page when logged in.
Can I check my funding transactions?
Yes, you can see all your transaction history, once you log in to your trading account.
What kind of leverage do you offer?
The maximum available leverage when trading with Inceptial is 1:500*.

*Inceptial provides its clients with 3 leverage thresholds, as follows: Retail clients – up to 1:100, Qualified Clients – up to 1:200 and Professional Clients – up to 1:500.

What account types do you offer?
Find all Inceptial’s available accounts In the Trading Accounts section.
How do I become a verified client?

We will request for the following verification documents:

  • Proof of ID – Send us an Identification Document photo, this could either be your passport or ID card (both sides need to be visible) or your driver’s license*.
  • Proof of residence – Send the following documents to confirm your country of residence: Bank or credit card statement and a billing statement such as internet, electricity, council tax, water or telephone bill not older than 6 months.
  • Selfie with Identification Document photo or Liveness or Web-ID Check: Certified liveness detection during user authentication is mandatory.
  • Verify your payment method by sending a picture of your payment card covering the CVV on the back and the first 12 digits of your credit card number on the front.

*A driving license shall not be accepted for residents of Belarus

Once your account is verified, ensure you are logged in to your account before accessing the banking page, and then the withdrawals section.

Can I reset my password?
Yes, once you click on the Login button, press Forgot password and after entering your email you will receive an email with further instructions.
Is there any difference between a Live and Demo Account?
Yes, with your Demo account, you can trade only with virtual money, while with a Live Account you trade with real money.
How do I log in to my account?
Just click the Login button, enter your username and password and then click the ‘Login’ button.
Are my funds and personal details protected?

How can I apply for a withdrawal?
Once you sign in to your account you can follow the instructions on the withdrawal page in the Client Area.
How long does it take to withdraw my money?
It usually takes up to 10 business days and it also depends on the bank you’re working with.
What is the maximum withdrawal amount allowed?
You can withdraw all your available funds from your account, except for the funds currently used in open transactions.
What is the minimum withdrawal amount allowed?
The minimum withdrawal amount is $50 for a Credit Card and $100 for Wire Transfer Deposits. Any payments you request will not be made until all documents are received and the account is fully verified.
Can I cancel a withdrawal?
Yes, you can if the transfer hasn’t been processed.
